The Sierra Tray - Black Bulgari Marble

Crafted from natural marble, The Sierra Tray – Black Bulgari Marble is a sculptural statement piece defined by its dramatic contrast and softly carved wave edges. The deep, inky black stone is broken up by bold sweeps of white and soft cream, with occasional grey and taupe tones appearing naturally throughout. The result is graphic and striking, while the scalloped profile adds a softer, more unique finish.

Because each piece is crafted from natural marble, variations in colour, pattern and markings are part of its character and will shift significantly from piece to piece. Some trays may appear predominantly black and white, while others feature larger areas of cream or softer tonal variation. Your tray will never look exactly like anyone else’s.

Our marble pieces are available in two finishes so you can choose the look that suits your space. Polished pieces have a gentle gloss that catches the light and makes the veining feel deeper and more saturated – it’s a soft, luxe sheen rather than a mirror shine. Matte (honed) pieces have a velvety, low‑sheen surface that absorbs light for a calmer, more architectural feel. Both finishes are cut from solid marble, so you still get that naturally cool touch, weight and unique veining on every single piece.

Care
Your piece is crafted from natural marble. To keep it looking its best:
- Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Avoid soaking, submerging or putting marble in the dishwasher.
- Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, vinegar, citrus‑based sprays and abrasive pads as they can dull or etch the surface over time.
- Marble is naturally porous. Wipe up spills promptly, especially oils, makeup, perfume, wine, coffee and anything strongly coloured, to minimise marks.
- Candles and diffusers are fine to style on your tray; place hot vessels on a coaster or saucer to help prevent heat rings.
