SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Standard Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas) are processed and shipped within three business days. If there are any fulfilment issues, we will contact you within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped within four business days.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details to monitor your order's progress.
We use external courier services to deliver your orders. Once dispatched, we are not liable for courier delays or lost parcels, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible. The shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number and the courier's contact details for follow-up.
Please provide a daytime delivery address if you are not home between 9am-5pm on weekdays. This is particularly important for deliveries that require a signature or for those living in apartment complexes. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot amend delivery addresses.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. A valid street address is required for all orders.
If a delivery attempt fails and you live in an apartment or gated complex, the courier may leave a collection card or request payment for redelivery. Your Lane is not responsible for any additional re-delivery fees.
Upon accepting delivery, you agree that the products have been received in good condition. Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@yourlane.com.au with your order number, name, photos, and details.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available upon request. Rates vary depending on weight, size, and delivery location. To arrange express shipping, email us at hello@yourlane.com.au with your postcode and the items you'd like to order. Orders received before 1pm AEST on a business day are eligible for same-day dispatch. Delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days to metro areas and 4–7 days to outer suburbs or interstate locations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
We strive to offer fair shipping rates. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on full-priced orders over $150 (exclusions apply).
Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping does not apply to heavy, bulky, or fragile items, even if the total order exceeds $150. These items will be marked on the product page. To receive a shipping quote for excluded items, please email your postcode and suburb to hello@yourlane.com.au. If shipping adjustments are required after checkout, we will contact you.

Bulky Item: Cannot fit in a 40 x 40 x 40cm box with packaging.

Fragile Item: Requires additional packaging and/or insurance for transit.
We’re mindful of waste and the environment, so we reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. You may not receive a fancy ‘Your Lane’ branded box - and that’s intentional. It reduces environmental impact and unnecessary costs. After all, we’d rather not charge you for a box you’ll throw out.
