SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Standard Shipping
We offer standard shipping using multiple delivery partners. All deliveries will be left without signature unless otherwise selected at checkout.
We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in Queensland.
Cost of shipping
Standard shipping is FREE for all purchases over $250 (exclusions apply - see Free Shipping Exclusions below).
For purchases under $250, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order size, weight, fragility, and delivery location.
Express shipping
We currently do not offer express shipping.
Delivery Times & Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and peak periods such as Christmas) are processed and shipped within three business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped within four business days.
If there are any fulfilment issues, we will contact you within 48 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Your Lane is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be amended.
Courier & Delivery Responsibility
We use external courier services to deliver your orders. Once dispatched, we are not liable for courier delays or lost parcels, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible. The shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number and the courier's contact details for follow-up.
Please provide a daytime delivery address if you are not home between 9am-5pm on weekdays. This is particularly important for deliveries that require a signature or for those living in apartment complexes.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. A valid street address is required for all orders.
If a delivery attempt fails and you live in an apartment or gated complex, the courier may leave a collection card or request payment for redelivery. Your Lane is not responsible for any additional re-delivery fees.
Signature On Delivery
All deliveries will be left without signature unless otherwise selected at checkout. Customers may choose Signature on Delivery at checkout for an additional fee.
If Signature on Delivery is not selected, parcels may be left in a safe, secure location at the delivery address at the courier’s discretion. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Your Lane is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If the courier determines there is no safe place to leave the parcel, delivery may be attempted again or the parcel may be taken to the courier’s nearest depot for collection.
If Signature on Delivery is selected, someone must be available at the delivery address during business hours to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.
If a parcel is held by the courier for an extended period following a failed delivery attempt, or is returned to our warehouse and requires re-shipment, additional storage or re-delivery fees may apply and will be charged to the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims for damaged or faulty items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or other factors outside our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
We strive to offer fair shipping rates. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on full-priced orders over $250 (exclusions apply). Additional shipping charges may apply for rural or remote areas. Customers will be contacted prior to dispatch if this applies.
Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment is finalised. Please ensure these are reviewed prior to completing your order.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping does not apply to heavy, bulky, or fragile items, even if the total order exceeds $250. If shipping adjustments are required after checkout, we will contact you.
